The 2023 season has begun and every week we will show the vendors in action as they work for our
couples during their weddings. The amazing people who are working hard to make your day all that you
dreamed it would be, deserve a little recognition. Why do we remain an open vendor venue? We often
get asked by some of our frequent vendors if they could work exclusively for our couples when booking
our venues. Our answer has always been no because we want your day to be as unique and special as
you are. In the end, your day should be a reflection of you as a couple and not the venue. We are here
to provide a beautiful space for you and great work environment for your vendors. We also know,
(because we were also a diy family) that you can choose the vendors that meet your budget
requirements. Wedding trends change and we want our venue to remain relevant and current to these
trends.
Need a little help in the vendor department? We got you covered with an extensive list of our favorite
vendors in all styles and budgets. If they are on the list, it is because they have proven themselves to be
professional and great to work with. Every year we meet new vendors when our couples hire them and
it is a pleasure to see them in action.
Communication is a high priority at Something Blue and the Old Grove and we can help share our
experiences and suggestions on a great vendor for your wishes and how to execute an out of the box
request. We have facilitated hundreds of weddings and we can help you with the process whether it is
food trucks, late night snacks, family style, full service or buffet. Let us help you make your best day a
stress free one as well.
Happy planning
Carolyn
